Royal Doulton Fireclay Basin

Reclaimed vintage Royal Doulton basin made from heavy duty fireclay. This basin is dated from the 1950s and was reclaimed from the former Powick Hospital, the hospital was refurbished extensively in the 1950s when this basin would have been installed. The basin has 2 tap holes and is supported using brackets mounted onto the wall, would suit a period home or rustic pub/restaurant.

Couple small chips on basin and very faint historic crack on the outside of the basin, however this isn’t noticeable and when installed and has no risk of spreading. Fireclay is a very durable material made making it very hard to damage and was typically used in public areas and factories.

Delivery available at an extra cost, however collection preferred due to weight of basin.
