Refunds

We have a 14 day returns policy, in which goods can be returned to us for a refund. All items must be inspected as soon as they are received. Any damages must be notified immediately by email with photos included, within 24hours of receiving item.
We will not accept any responsibility for damage to any item that is not reported at the time of delivery.
If the buyer changes their mind about a product, the buyer will be responsible for the return carriage costs. The original carriage costs are also non-refundable.

Delivery

Delivery available for all UK addresses or collection from our unit near Broadway, Worcestershire. Please contact us for international shipping.

Please note some high value, antique items may require a wooden case for shipment to ensure no breakages occur, this will come at an extra cost compared to normal shipping.

Some fragile items may require a wooden case for UK mainland shipping, if so, we will be in touch to discuss.
