Pink Shell Swanlyne Basin by Johnson Bros c.1962

A spectacular shell shaped mid century modern basin dating from the early 1960s in Coral Pink, made by Johnson Brothers, also known as Trent Ware.

This incredible and very rare basin is part of the Swanlyne range made by Johnson Bros in the 1950s and 1960s. It is in the colour Coral Pink on the outside, whilst inside the bowl is white with floral handpainted motifs, making it even more unique. Would look brilliant as a striking statement piece in a cloakroom, bathroom or bedroom. Supplied with original taps which are covered by a shell shaped lid.

Condition of this basin is very good, repair made to the underneath of the tap cover but this is not noticeable.
