Green Marble Effect Art Deco Bathroom Basin

Attractive bathroom basin made by Edward Johns, also known as Armitage Ware in a green marble glaze manufactured sometime in the 1930s at the height of the Art Deco period. This basin has two tap holes suitable for vintage or modern taps and has two small soap holders on either side of the taps. There are two indentations at the bottom of the basin for brackets so the basin can be wall mounted as a pedestal is not supplied.

Condition of the basin is immaculate, there are a couple chips underneath but these cannot be seen when installed. Very little to no crazing to the glaze and no scratches or cracks anywhere.
